To receive a "Quick Quote" for your home, just follow these three simple steps:
- PICK IT: Start by picking one of our standard models.
- PERSONALIZE IT: Make the home uniquely your own by selecting from a wide range of plan variations, structural options, and finish options.
- PRICE IT: Submit your selections via email and a project manager will respond with a "Quick Quote" within 1-2 business days.
SIPerior Designs is primarily a materials supplier. We do all the design and engineering for your home and provide a materials package that includes about 95% of the materials for your home. Building the home involves a three way partnership between you, a general contractor, and SIPerior Designs. We can provide you with a Quick Quote that includes not just an estimate of our cost, but also a good faith estiimate of what a general contractor would charge to build your home.
